My wife and I stopped here for some pho. We weren’t expecting much since we’ve had Vietnamese food at all three major Chinatowns in NYC. However, we were pleasantly surprised. I think the soup could use a little more star anise and could be a little less lean (i.e., more fat). The beef was very tender and delicious. This place is overall better than the 2 other places we’ve tried in the greater Baltimore area. We are definitely looking forward to coming back for more.

Vietnamese in bel air is nonexistent so no competition. Poor service especially from the teenage guy who might be a relative of the owners. Can’t see people tolerating his poor memory and lack of common sense
