I eat here every week – the entire menu is amazing, and the waitstaff is fast and friendly. I would highly recommend Saigon to anyone, including kids. The owner is super friendly – half the time he’s there you can see him running food to tables like a server, not an owner. Their pho is the best I’ve ever had – it beats the pants off of Pho Lang Thang’s, which is flavorless compared to Saigon’s.

I was introduce to Saigon by a couple of co-workers. They told me that it was the best sushi in Cincinnati haha Oh and was they right so far. The service is great and GINA ROCKS!. I try to eat there at least once a week. The atmosphere is very nice and its a good place to eat and hang out.

The food and the atmosphere were wonderful. The last time I experienced the east meets west type meals, was while I was living in Woodbridge Virginia. I am glad that Saigon’s chef team are able to peak my foddie interests. The portion sizes and prices were quite reasonable too.

Delicious lemongrass shrimp pho, loved the little silver carousel of add-ins. Bahn mi appetizer was tasty with ham. Our server Tammy was wonderful, very sweet and attentive. First time here, will definitely be back!

I went to this establishment a few months ago and the experience has been resonating with me and not is a good way. First, the serve was extremely slow even though there wasn’t any other customers. The waitress appeared to be under the influence of some sought, she was very spacey with her eye bloodshot and glazed over. Then there was HAIR in my soup. When the waitress finally came back to check on us, we informed her of this and requested a new bowl of soup. She finally brought the soup back which just appeared to have been the same bowl just stirred up. They did NOT comp us for the bowl of soup. Overall, this place is not worth anyone’s time or energy and I would advise to stay away unless you enjoy hair in your food and to be charged for it.

I try and come here at least once every other week to get my Pho fix. I am 100% Vietnamese and know my Pho pretty well and would have to give this 5 stars compared to Pho Lang Trang’s pho that people often rave about. Nothing compares to homemade pho, but this is a close second, especially for the Cincinnati area. I always get the Pho Combo – the broth is full of flavor (compared to Pho Lang Trang’s bland broth), there is a good amount of the combination meat (flank steak, Vietnamese meatballs, tripe, etc.), and the portion size is very filling. I have been wanting to try out their other Vietnamese dishes, like the Com Tam, but I always find myself unable to resist their delicious pho! I highly recommend this hidden gem!!

After trying Saigon, Cilantro and Pho Lang Thang, this is my favorite local Vietnamese restaurant – the Pho broth is absolutely perfect! The service has been excellent both times I’ve eaten here.

I’ve eaten here twice and enjoyed it both times. The sushi is delicious and it’s probably the best vietnamese restaurant outside of downtown.
