Sister took me here and I enjoyed it! We got the imperial rolls (egg rolls) and I wanted to try the Bún bò Huế since thats what I have been trying at other Vietnamese restaurants, it was my favorite one so far! Had the 7 courses of beef for three people. It was a lot of food and we were very full. You can’t find anything like this in Austin. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive. If I’m in the area again I’d definitely stop by and try other dishes.

Visiting my in-laws in Dallas and they brought us to Saigon Block for lunch and boy we glad they did. We ordered their famous fried fish that could easily feed part of 6! I ordered Phở Saigon and it is one of the best phở I’ve had.

We came here after mass on New Year Eve and the place was packed. There was a long line, but we got lucky and booked a reservation. They managed to accommodate all 25+ of us along the entire length of the restaurant.

Always a favorite! Been coming to this place since it opened and the food is as delicious as I remembered. We got the large catfish which was enough for 4 people who don’t eat too much lol. Definitely recommend ordering extra appetizers or more catfish if you want to stuff yourselves. I did try their flan for the first time—which was so yummy! It’s not overly sweet. The texture is also firmer. And absolutely love that they put ice on top. Kept the flan nice and cold. Service was fast and efficient for a busy Saturday night.

It’s been a while for us not being there at Saigon Block, but the other day for a friend’s birthday, we went there. Actually, their grilled fish was absolutely delicious. We all gave it thumbs up. Fish was moist. Texture was that it wasn’t in frozen so much and very crunchy. Some other food we ordered like wings weren’t flavor at all. In fact, I have to use their fish sauce to make up for the blandiness. Other items on the menu weren’t orderable.
