Opened this August this restaurant brought the flavor from Egyptian , Palestine , Iran and Iraqi chefs altogether. Our host Julie was extremely polite and delightful to talk to. She brought us her special “Hummus” on the house as it was our first time. We ordered a dish which is more like a platter , combination of all types of kabab. Everything was really delicious. It’s really super convenient for the People live close to UTK. We will definitely visit again.

This was some of THE VERY BEST food I have ever had! Ordered the Mixed Grill and everything was amazing. The food was super fresh, cooked perfectly, and the portions were ample I usually hate stuffed grape leaves and was hesitant to try these (they came as a side) and they left me wanting more! I am in town for business, and will definitely be back to Sahara when I come back! And last but not least, the young lady that was behind the register was super nice , very knowledgeable about the menu, and very personable. All in all a great experience!

I ordered the vegetable masala And got chicken instead. Even though I corrected them on it 3 times. The rice I got tasted terrible, the naan and pita tasted stale.and to top it off the lid for the lentil soup wasn’t on correctly so it spilled all in the bag.
