Great service. Great steak and Fantastic ribs. I should change my rating, but I will leave it for now. And just update it. I’ve always had great service here until yesterday. (Thursday). Took them 20 minutes to even check on us to see what we wanted to drink. Wife ask for steak sauce when the food finally arrived. After 10 minutes or more I went to track some down on another table. And then the power went off briefly. I’m not blaming them for that. But I couldn’t pay for my meal without cash. I had to leave and find an ATM and to return to pay for my meal. They need something for backup in case the power goes out again. I was there over 2 hours maybe close to 3 hours just to get 2 dinners and pay for it.

UPDATE: It seems this location has made a turnaround! We went there today since it wasn’t so busy and we figured why not. The manager was involved and friendly, we got everything in a timely manner, staff was helping each other, refills and appetizers were before the food! Had a great time. Great job!

Our server was very attentive and nice. I had the prime rib. The best I’ve had in a long time. Went with my wife, sister in law and brother in law. Couldn’t tell you whst they had but they seemed to enjoy their meals also. The total bill with tip came to around $87.00 which I tip slightly higher than most. Overall enjoyable experience. Thank you Sagebrush for the great meal and the hospitality. We will be back.

Was really looking forward to a good medium well steak. We went around 4 o’clock, so it was not busy at all. Good thing we ordered appetizers, because it took forever for our food to get there. Steak was very well cooked, not medium well. When I finally got the attention of the waitress, she apologized and sent over the manager. The manager offered to remake another steak for me, but by this time everyone else was almost done eating and we had a previous engagement. She said she would adjust my bill. I got my bill and she too $5 off. So I ended paying $10.99 for a baked potato and steamed broccoli. I’ve been here 3 times. First time was when they first opened and my steak was good. Second time, overcooked. This was the third and LAST time I will visit here.

Food was certainly not as good as one would expect. This was in both quality and price. About the only thing that was good about this restaurant was the service staff. They were friendly and attentive. I can’t honestly say though that this is sufficient to make up for their other faults. If you’re looking for a good family restaurant with good food I would suggest seeking other venues.

There was terrible service we did not get any rolls. We had ordered onion petals and we didn’t get them so we had to take them off the ticket. Also it took at least 2 hours to get our food. The only good thing about it was the food mine was great and the rest of my table was great so I say thank you to the chef for making such a good meal

Do not I mean just don’t do it. Have eat here twice in the past 2 weeks. Food disgusting. Today we came in sit down took 24 minutes to get a tea to us at table. There were 3 of us. Order was wrong and been over an hour since order placed and there are 8 people seated in whole place. Still didn’t get half of order. Waitress said it was ready but our main course came so she just didn’t bring it. Employees running in and out of kitchen yelling over restaurant. Poor poor management.

I went there with three of my co-workers on on our lunch break. They brought raw rolls to us. Raw dough. They were flat because they were not cooked. I sat the roll on the plate and I watched it fall down to flat. The server was busy bartending and helping other customers. She neglected to check on us for a really long time. She was nice, and in her defense, she was the only employee that I saw the whole time I was there. Then they brought our appetizers, which were delicious. Then we waited for over an hour for our food. I had ordered a salad. Then I asked her if she could make my order to-go because I had to go back to work. I waited about 20 more minutes. Nothing. So I walked out and left. I saw zero people the whole way from my table to the car. I feel like maybe that girl was the only person who even works there. The remaining people in my party said that the managers came out and asked what they could do. They told them that all we wanted was our food. They did not bring the food. So the rest of the people in my party left as well. None of the four of us will ever be returning there ever again. Horrible.

Side salad good. Ordered tenderloin tips, came out cold, onions and green peppers were raw. Have eaten here a few times when it opened and food was pretty good. Place has went down hill since then. To many young people working that don’t care about whether they do their job or not. To much socializing. Damn good rolls. That’s about it
