Our waitress was named Olivia and was very nice. She had a great customer service personality, she was upbeat and bubbly. We had the blossom petals which was really good, not greasy at all like other restaurants. The ribeye was cooked to perfection with the warm red center! The service was great! You get your money’s worth!!

For a non over priced steak house this was great! I orsered the 14oz ny strip rare, and my wife got the 10oz chopped steak well done, both came out perfect, and the fried cheesecake was really good, something we have never tried before.

My husband and I stayed in Linville for our anniversary last month, and came in and ate dinner before our movie started. The service was excellent, our waiter was on top of everything. He was working the bar and attending to us also. He was great. Made sure our drinks were filled on a timely manner, asked if everything was okay. The prices were a little bit expensive for what little amount of food you get. But the food was amazing. The soup I got was to die for. I believe it was the loaded potato soup. We will definitely eat there again when we are in the vicinity.

Great attention, and amazing flavor on food. The lemonade was a little watery and the steak got a little overcooked but in general great taste and the waiters are really attentive.

I ordered the spiced cider, BBQ Trio, and my sides were fries and green beans. Everything was cooked to perfection. The waitress was professional, fast, and personable. The best thing about it was of course the Reds and the second best would be the bread.

The location is terribly understaffed which is understandable considering finding help is difficult at the moment. One lady working the bar was pretty much doing the job of many. We managed to order drinks and after that an hour passes and they finally ask would you like to order food. We asked if prime rib was available which the menu shows it is on Friday night and were told no prime rib. At that time we paid our drink order and left. We went to the Peddler whee the food and service was top notch. This location should close until they can properly operate!

Compared to previous visits, this place has really disappointed me. We had to wait almost 30 minutes to walk in and see a restaurant not half occupied but with a lot more empty tables than that. They were very short staffed and I felt bad for our waitress who was having to bus tables and waitress. The hostess didn’t seat us, she made another waitress do it which was sad being they were short staffed. The appetizer was great. The rolls were good considering we didn’t get any kind of spread for them. They did get my steak cooked right but it tasted like it was bathed in oil. My gravy was cold and had a thick layer of grease on top. One of my sides was cold. The other side was a baked potato that was so old I would have thrown it out at home and not cooked with it. My husband never got his steak sauce and he said his steak was edible but nothing like they used to be. His side was hot and fresh but only because they forgot it and had to make it. His other side was ok. We have no intention of going back and we wasn’t speaking to a manager because we waited so long, we were just starved. I came home to my blood sugar dropping if that says anything about how much I ate. I hope others have better experiences and this was an “off” night but being they weren’t that busy that usually says a lot.

Didn’t catch the writer’s name, but he was an older gentlemen and he tended to me and my son’s every need. Best service I’ve had in a while at a restaurant. Food was good and the young waiter who started off with us was great also. This is a sign of good management…hiring good people and good training.
