It was a great experience overall. You definitely pay for the atmosphere. The dishes were quite good. Slightly over-spiced possibly. The Blackened Seabass was almost sandy with all the spice, but it was still super tasty… just had to scrape off the extra spices. The oysters were very good, but I’m not sure which variety they were. The Rib-eye was quite nice, but the careot on top seemed raw and was somewhat disappointing. Honestly, I’m so spoiled, and possibly jaded these days, that my taste in food may be too critical. This place would likely be incredible to 9 out of 10 customers… wish I could give a 4.5 for this place.

The lavender and lilac martini was great! Everything else was underwhelming and overpriced. Bar tender wasn’t willing to give me a table as a solo guest; even with multiple other tables open. An experience because of the 19th floor view of the snowy mountains, but the food quality and respect within service was lacking for the $$$ price range. Located within Harvey’s casino on the 19th floor.

I spent my wedding anniversary here, and it was really good! the service is good, the food amazing and the drinks perfect! they were really nice bringing a candle and dessert for the wedding anniversary hahah that was really nice !

I was super optimistic going into our dinner. The ravioli appetizer was great. The table side Steak Diane was very good. The smokey margarita was very good. Now to the things that were not. The side of asparagus had no flavor. The mashed potatoes had something like plastic in them, the waiter took it back to the chef and they claimed it was from shallot wrapping, but regardless we don’t want them in our mashed potatoes, nor does the menu mention shallot potatoes.

Had a great experience at the Sage room. I wanted a window seat but all were booked. So i opted for the ‘bar-window’ option not knowing what it was. We were seated in seat 102, and it was literally our own little private alcove with a great window view in between the bar area and main restaurant area. It was snowing so I am sure in summer this would be a great option for lake view! Hal provided great service making sure all our dietary needs were met as we are dairy-free and gluten-free.

Amazing steak house..I’m so happy that they brought it back..I use to love eating here 40 and 50 years ago..they still have some flaming meals and desserts that are prepared at your table..excellent food ,service and Amazing view of the lake
