So, we actually ate here twice because it was convenient staying at the hotel. We had the Philly w/sweet potato fries, which was a very good meal. Some Asian meatball app, tasty. & The fish and chips were as expected, but much better than bar food food and chips. Our server the second night was fantastic, Ellen, very friendly, talkative, etc. It means a lot when a server communicates with their customers. She also suggested a great dessert at Cafe Diva just to try something new. GREAT recommendation.

Had drinks in the afternoon a couple of times and breakfast every morning at Saddles, which was very quick and convenient. This restaurant is located within the Sheraton and was a great spot to have easy access to during our stay at the hotel.

Nicely remodeled bar and restaurant. We ordered the loaded fries with grilled chicken and a Margherita pizza. To drink, we had a few local tap beers and the 3 wire old fashioned.

Great spot to grab a drink, snack or meal at the bottom of the mountain – spectacular views and all servers are soo kind. Seating is first come first serve so challenging in that regard but over all great ☕️

Great vibe and you can’t beat the views! We had a few drinks prior to dinner reservation (at another restaurant) and enjoyed taking in the scenery while staying warm inside. We love the proximity and have considered staying here for our ski trip in 2023!

We used to eat here every time we were skiing in Steamboat and loved the cozy atmosphere and nachos. Unfortunately, a lot has changed. They renovated the entire space and it feels like a cold cafeteria with cheap finishes, and the delicious nachos are no more. We ate there this afternoon and all I can say is that Saddles is yet another après ski restaurant taking the easy road of cheap canned ingredients like fake “queso” and pickled jalapeños dumped into a pile of mess that costs the kitchen about $2.00 to produce and you pay $30 and feel disgusted with the whole experience afterwards and wish you had just sent the entire thing back. Maybe the chef that used to be at Saddles a few years ago left or the entire philosophy of the Sheraton changed, but I just wouldn’t recommend this spot anymore. PS. The waitstaff did give us free sparkling water with lime and that was delectable!

Do not order the wings unless you want to bite into broken bones. $17 for 5 wings that aren’t good. Spinach artichoke dip and soft pretzel were also less than ideal. I would rather eat at Applebees

Do not get the burgers. Ordered medium well and it’s a charcoal brick instead of a patty. It’ll have you begging for a nice drink to wash Santa’s naughty list present out of your mouth but then you realize you have a second hour-wait line to get your eggnog..

We were able to chill in their lounge while waiting for our check-in of our condo We enjoyed Chill and a cheese steak. Bothe were delicious. We then enjoyed and excellent Irish coffee from the bar. All the while we got some work done and charged our electronics. Saddles for the win!

The$11 “bowl” of chili is the tiniest excuse for a bowl of chili I have ever seen! I’m going to TBar.
