My Sunshine
I frequent Saco house of pizza because I love the taste of their pizzas. Even the Tuesday special of a small plain cheese pizza for $3.99 is delicious! I go on any given day of the week, and was never disappointed. I have tried other menu items, and am usually satisfied. Every once in a great while, I have run across a slight issue, but folks, we all have some tough days, and that goes for everyone, so i wont let one negative experience cloud my judgement. The food is always fresh, the service is pleasant and the prices are comparable to local dining. My only complaint is whoever takes the orders gets it wrong on several occasions. I have never complained, because it’s usually just forgetting one topping. Now, I just have them repeat my order to be sure nothing was forgotten. All in all, thumbs up Saco house of pizza!

I waited an hour and a half for pizza and breadsticks that were literally thrown in the box. When I called to inquire where my order from well over an hour ago was they told me we are doing what they can without asking which orde. Honestly a quick call saying hey we are running behind would have made a huge difference. Massively unacceptable

I love their ham Italian sandwiches it’s the only place that cuts the veggies thin and shreds the ham and lettuce. The bread is always soft and fresh.They load the sandwich with plenty of everything and it’s fresh

Excellent Food! The young would behind the counter was completely uninviting and border line rude to my 81 year old grand parents who I just had dinner. So much so I loudly asked her how her day was going in the same tone, pitch and attitude. My grandfather hadn’t been here since 1989 and he remembered his experience stopping by with his tractor trailer for lunch one day and loved it. What a f’n shame it was nevermind disrespectful. My grandfather is a veteran as well. I want to give a 1 star but that wouldn’t be fair to the business nor the rest of the crew who were very nice and accommodating.

I love Saco House of Pizza! They are always super nice and down to Earth. Their Steak & Cheese Pizza is amazing! If you haven’t tried it you really need to. (it’s AMAZING!!!) Their salads are fresh and their Chicken Finger Dinner plate is amazing. Their delivery is fast too! Support a local place with delicious food!

Delivery was about 1.5h, which I get, you’re busy. I was charged for a soda that I didn’t get. Again, whatever, you’re busy. But opening the pizza to find all the toppings to one side, undercooked and spilled was the moment I realized it was my fault. I just shouldn’t have ordered.

Formally loyal to Saco house of pizza. In fact I was telling my neighbors about them the very same day I placed an order for my family. However, tonight We received a over cooked pizza. ( Burnt) The crust was as hard as a rock. My kids tried to eat a few slices, minus the crust and burnt bottom. I called them to express my concerns about the food that they sent me. The girl on the phone was like OK? Didn’t really care what I was telling her. They’ve messed up before and we’ve overlooked it. But, that phone call could’ve changed everything, Just by saying we’re sorry! How can we make this better? I’d probably come back. I’ve ordered from Saco House of Pizza on a regular basis…two, three times a month. I’m done. You don’t care about me or my family and what you served us we, we’ll go somewhere else!!
