Staff was very friendly and provided their personal fav. We took their advice and had the menchi and honey chicken buns. The menchi was by far the best. Tons of pork, cooked perfectly, and the sauce was amazing. The honey chicken was ok with very little meat. Would definitely try this spot again.

The joinery is a cool place but the ramen is actually inedible. I have never ordered food and not be able to eat it and this was a first. presentation was ok but the both was so thick and powdery?? I cannot describe the taste other than salty and terrible. The katsu on the other hand was not bad. It’s such a shame because I was so excited for a good ramen place in downtown Lakeland

Best ramen place in Lakeland! I usually order Shoyu ramen and my husband Tonkotsu. They are both very good but I definitely prefer mine. I also prefer the fatty pork belly while my husband likes the crispy one. They overload their ramen with chives but it’s OK since those can be totally or partially removed. Everyone is so nice when it comes to service. You will encounter a bit of a line to order most of the time and the food might take a second to come out, but it’s never too long and it’s also expected when in a busy place like that. I would definitely recommend them to anybody that wants to enjoy a good bowl of ramen.

Had the veggie miso ramen and the bakana buns. Besides being in the top 5 yummiest meals I’ve had this year so far, I was impressed with the original ingredients in the ramen.

Free parking at the Lakeland Joinery. About a half dozen food choices (tacos, ice cream, burgers, ramen, etc).

Driving back to Orlando from Tampa, decided to go to the Joinery for their wide variety of options. I was in a noodle mood so went for ramen and was not disappointed! Long line to order tells me it’s worth the wait and the line was efficient. Ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and the flavors in the miso broth were unreal. The noodles tasted fresh and the pork belly was cooked perfectly, such a great deal with the $12 price tag. Want to try other options in the Joinery but will most likely go for the ramen again!
