Coming to this place for the first time as someone who doesn’t live there, I felt safe as well as comfortable. The waiters greeted me despite the fact that the area was a little crowded, they managed to have a smile and treat others with respect as well as patience that I wouldn’t even be able to have and that says something. The food was spectacular. It was not a long wait considering how crowded it was, along with the fact that the great environment I was in caused the time to go by fast and it was all worth the wait. I 100% recommend trying this place out if you have never been there.

I was not impressed, Rotisserie chicken was dry, salad dressing was ??? Not good. Ordered Maduro and that sucked also. French fries were great but I don’t eat fries… I will NOT be returning…..

Food is GREAT, delivery service is TERRIBLE! Most of the time, I order my food for pick-up from this restaurant, but today was the 2nd time I used their delivery service. I have to say that I am very dissatisfied at the delivery time, being that I live only 2 blocks down from this restaurant. Their food is very delicious, so I will continue to eat from here, but I will not get my food delivered anymore. The very 1st time my food was delivered, I only ordered Caldo de Gallina + French fries which I asked if they were thick or thin – the woman on the phone told me the French fries were “very thin”. The food arrived over an hour later – soup was hot, but the French fries were THICK & soggy! The 2nd time my food was delivered, I placed my order at 6:38 PM and my food arrived at 8:11 PM I was beginning to think they forgot about my order, because the woman told me it would take 50 minutes… but it ended up being 40 minutes late.
