Nice option for a quick meal or drink. I had the red snapper filet and a great drink recommendations from the waitress. My waitress was great. The food was good, but not great. The bar gets crowded at times.

This was a super nice place. My friend and I took a short stop because we needed to use the bathroom. First off, the bathrooms were amazing, but also the people at the bar that led me to it.

Fortunate to get a private booth on an unusually busy dinner hour, it was a full bar as I passed by. Promptly served by Toya with menu corrections and drinks. Bubbly conversation. Suited men in a large open gathering room added ambience to an already brimming atmosphere. I decided on the Classic Caesar add Garlic Shrimp. I added the Chicken and Avocado dish to round out the meal. Scrumptious! #LetsGuide Philadelphia

During my stay at The Notary, I loved food and atmosphere at Sabroso+Sorbo. The Tempranillo by the glass was awesome and the beet tapas were divine.

This is a Tapas restaurant. The waiter explained to us upon arrival about the small servings and made suggestions of how we should order. We decided to order as we ate. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Our waiter answered all our questions and described the menu items perfectly. We enjoyed CAMERON SALTEADOS (Shrimp with Gigante beans, tomatoes, olives, capers, cold pressed olive oil) PAPAS BRAVAS (potatoes with Garlic aioli) ALBONDIGAS (Spicy beef and pork meatballs, tomato sauce) These were so good we ordered a second helping, and we also had the SEARED EGGPLANT with Herb olive oil, harissa yogurt.

I came here because the ambiance looked nice, but I soon regretted it. I ordered the charcuterie board, and the bread was literally a hamburger bun. The papas bravas was soggy, and the sauce lacked flavor. Overall, very disappointing.

We came to have drinks and snacks, but ended up only staying for drinks because it was not a welcoming/relaxing atmosphere. The bartender and a server were bickering behind the bar, and then the bartender and another person behind the bar were complaining about the set up/work.

Very overpriced for very small portions. Also a VERY limited menu! I can understand the small portions due to it being a tapas place, but if that’s the case they should have a very broad menu with lots of choices! There’s SO many other fantastic restaurants within easy walking distance that are so much better for the same price this place just isn’t worth it
