The food is no accurate with the menu the menus said what thing , but they delivery another dish totally different . Plus the waitress very rude and defensive cuz I want send back to the dish , to kitchen finally she brought to us a side of yuca , but she still saris was my mistake First at last the environment r is awful look like cantina no Peruvian restaurant

I went to the restaurant to make an order to go, it was chicken with salad and French fries , with chaufa beef rice, my surprise was that once at home my order wasn’t complete , I was missing my chaufa rice so I went back to see if they can fix my problem but nothing, sadly there is no costumer service whatsoever .

really bad customer service. i tried making an order for pickup and the person who picked up the phone just sounded condescending and he even hung up because he didn’t understand what i was saying. they speak no english so there’s no way for me to order something? that’s lame.

This is my go to place on Bergenline Ave… The food is always on point the service is always great and the beers are always served ice cold! Lunch special Soup and a second plate of rice meat and veggies $9 absolutely amazing!

The food is ok.. but the staff is terrible, not all but one in particular. Her name is Johanna. I believe shes one of the oldest there, dresses so inappropriately and has such a nasty attitude. I was really nice and compassionate to her after she messed up. But she still behaved really rudely with me. Be careful going there, something very sketchy there. The place isn’t as nice but this person makes the ambiance even worse. She needs some real mannerisms.
