Ok, let me start with the good. Their food was great. I ordered tacos on corn, and the corn tortillas were homemade. They were great. My daughter loved her cheese enchiladas. I got to try them, and the sauce, more like a gravy, had a beautiful taste.

Nice place with Mediocre Food I got the Cheese Enchiladas tasted like Sandwich Cheese sauce lacked flavor. The Beans and rice where not the Best. I also got a Taco for whatever reason it came on a flour Tortilla it was just okay I probably won’t eat here again. Not sure how it got 4 stars taste like every other Tex Mex.

I got there at 12:30, middle of lunch hour and they were packed as expected, but we had a seat within about 10 minutes. The menu has several specialty items on it along with a good list of the regular Tex Mex fare. I got the Chipotle Chicken Breast. The breast was pounded flat and cut into strips. The meat was tender and cooked evenly. The creamy chipotle sauce had a nice low spice heat to it that just warmed the back of your throat without getting hot, and it was delicious. The staff was courteous and attentive, and we always look forward to coming back.

Awesome food, service, and accommodations! It is a cute little place and very busy but we got what we needed with a table of 13 and a few rounds of margaritas. The food was really great and we were not sure what to expect. Very impressive place for this small town and we plan on coming back next time we are here!

First time here , WILL NOT be my last!! The salsa was the best I have had in Corpus Christi. I ordered the grilled shrimp Maya Salad ( with the shrimp and salad dressing on the side) Sooooo many shrimp it was truly amazing in today’s restaurant market where they charge more for less. And the cook and seasoning on shrimp was perfection!! My husband had the Maya plate meat in some kind of magic sauce with charro beans ( best I have had , and I don’t like charro beans.) And rice. The meat was covered in bacon pieces( I smelled the minute they sat his food down) I am so impressed with this place , I can’t wait till next time we are in area because as much as I loved what we both ordered, I want to try more. If you are ANYWHERE near this place and hungry STOP IN!!

I order a t-bone steak and I did not get it really bad if this is how you treat your customers by not telling them the truth that there was no T-bone steak would of been better then charging $20 for a flat meat

This is truly a hidden gem in Portland. The staff was very friendly and accommodating from the moment we walked in. The margaritas were affordable and darn good. Warm chips and salsa were a good start while we read the menu. After reading through a nice variety of dishes we selected the fajita plate and spinach and poblano chicken breast. They both were tasty and there was plenty of food. All the sides were very flavorful. I can highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. They also serve breakfast until 11:30 and breakfast tacos until 2.

I was there with 3 of my kids and my oldest has severe autism. He started throwing a huge fit because he wanted to charge his laptop. I was able to calm him down and then not sure if the gentleman was the owner or another server but he said someone told him about my son and he asked if we wanted to move to one of the table that was next to an outlet . My son was so happy after that. The food was so delicious and they give you big portions. Even the kids meals are huge . The shrimp cocktail I ordered for my son was also a good size. Thank you so much for wonderful service.
