An excellent dinner at Sabai Sabai! Delicious, flavorful, and in a great location overlooking the center of town

Niche little Thai restaurant in an adorable downtown near Middlebury college. We were in vacation in the area and wanted something other than American or pizza and this came up. We are so glad we tried it for takeout. The poke bowl was very fresh and the ingredients blended nicely. The green curry with seafood was nice too. Miso soup was just okay.

Authentic preparation, high quality veggies and average quality seafood. Fast kitchen, good service. Great flavor. Red Curry stir fry with Shrimp, mussels, scallops, little lite on the seafood, but simple fast healrhy lunch

This place is remarkable! Our food was delicious, servings very generous and we were served quickly. Best restaurant we’ve been to since moving to Vermont. It’s clear they are suffering with hiring issues, but our food came out quickly. Kindness and patience would pay off if necessary to wait, the food is worth it.

Food is always delicious. They have been down to 1 cook, so wait times for food has been longer, but I won’t complain because it is worth it. The pho especially is SO good.

Always enjoyable, both sushi and Thai menu. Busy during peak dinner hours, so getting in early is a good idea. They do accept reservations. The window seats are nice.

Good amount of options yet not an overwhelming number of choices. I ordered the cashew nut stir fry with chicken. Yummy. Fresh vegetables, thin slices of all white meat chicken (no chunks of fat or questionable meat) served with jasmine rice. Super friendly waitstaff.

Always delicious authentic Thai food. Such a popular place that the wait for food can be long even with a reservation – BUT it’s always worth it! Very gluten-free and dairy-free friendly and accommodating. I have Celiac and have always eaten there safely. Excellent seafood. Lots of menu choices! My family LOVES this place.
