Lots of food, friendly staff and pretty good sandwiches. I am giving a 4 so they know what to work on. I got the pork hot sandwich with broccoli rabe and it was sooooo good…. Until the bread fell apart. 5 bites in and the liquid from the sandwich was all over my platter and the bread was falling about. I couldn’t even get to the other half of my sandwich before the bread was soaked through. Super disappointing because it really was good. I even wanted to get up and ask for another piece of bread. Will definitely go back ! Glad Medford got a new sandwich spot. Also get the onion rings 10/10

Great new spot! Cheeseteak was spot on. Great roll, good flavor, several cheese options including the gold standard Cooper sharp. They do have burgers, hoagies, and a few other specials. Small dining area but typical for a sandwich place. Don’t overlook this place, you will enjoy the food!

I just ate the best Cheesesteak I’ve ever had. The roll was fresh, it wasn’t soggy, and it was full of steak and mushrooms. It was fantastic! So big that I can eat half tomorrow for lunch. This is my 3rd time ordering from there and each time a different sandwich. They are fantastic. Try them for yourself!

Sadly I did not get the chance to try a steak sandwich because despite reading right off the menu asking for “plain steak” and specifying no cheese twice, I still somehow received a “plain cheesesteak”. I also had to wait almost an hour, which is not entirely the places fault, but they still need better strategies for dealing with the crowds or need to limit orders sooner. I can also tell the poor girl running the front counter was not adequately trained for the crowds. I give 2 stars for now, the fries were at least good.

AMAZING. First time trying them. My dad went and was raving about it and my son asked if we could try it. I ordered take out. Chicken cheesesteak, regular cheesesteak, burger and a turkey hoagie. Everything was AWESOME! They did not disappoint. First of all the servings are huge. I had the hoagie and seriously am full on 1/4 of it. Will have more later and lunch tomorrow. They know how to handle the details – like packaging the hoagie separately from the hot items. They are so smart in putting the toppings in the meat so they don’t fall off. My husband said he found a better place than Primo’s for hoagies looking at mine. (no, I’m not sharing). Burger was very yummy. Chicken cheesesteak – my husband said it was like a philly cheesesteak. My son commented about how they mix the cheese in with the meat instead of on top. Everyone was very happy. And takeout is sometimes hard to get right by area places, so it was appreciated. I wanted to leave this review, because I can imagine how challenging it is to open a new place. And when they get it right, the community should know. Check them out. Wish I took photos, but try it and experience it yourself 🙂

Cheesesteak with wiz was good. Fries also with wiz was good.Only complaint I would say I had was service wasn’t the greatest. The wait was a little to long for only ordering a steak and fries. Not the worst service but not the greatest.

I got a cheesesteak here and the next day, while I was at work, all I could think about was getting another cheesesteak from this place. The size is great, the cheesesteak melts in your mouth. I’m currently eating one now and trying to figure out and plan when I will get another cheesesteak. Amazing.
