We love Ruyi. We have been eating here for 3 years so far. The proximity to the main gate is amazing, and the quality of sushi this place offers in the North Country of NY was a pleasant surprise. We have eaten sushi all over the country and this place is really, really good. They are super generous with their portions for the price, the hand rolls are always huge and everything is always high quality and fresh.

I’m pretty sure I was told not to eat there when I first arrived in the area. Drinks were priced like a fair with slow refills. Food wasn’t appealing, looked like a tv dinner. My stomach (and wallet) paid the price. Haven’t felt like that in a long time after eating. I will not be going back and not recommending this place to anyone.

The food was mediocre and expensive for the small portions we were served. We were a group of 2 adults and 3 small children. We were charged a service fee of $17.53 when I asked why that was added to our bill we were told they charge a few for parties of 5 or more.

The “sushi artists” make very good sushi. I love this place. I have been to MULTIPLE sushi places all over the east coast and this one is going to be unforgettable! I wish I could sit down and eat there again. They have a good app called Beyond Menu.

Tried this place for the first time, ordered online and it was ready super fast! Done in 10 minutes plus it’s so good! I’m a huge sushi-fanatic so I’ve tried sushi from alotttt of places. This is definitely the best sushi in Watertown area. The rolls are well filled with fresh fish & veggies, not overfilled with rice & good prices! Highly recommend ! I’ll be coming here for sushi now 🙂 I got the eel & avocado, Cali, & philly roll.
