Fries were extremely greasy. Did not receive bread that came with the hamburger steak meal. The “hushpuppies” were hard and bland. The burger was over cooked and hard. There server and manager were very nice but once was enough.

I absolutely love LeAnne and enjoy seeing her every time I go there. The food is usually really good, this time was nondifferent. Double cheeseburger, Big Doc are always awesome, and I love their home cut fries.

I’m not a local but saw this place online while traveling through. I wish I could pick this place up and take it with me. It’s not fancy, nor is it trying to be. They’re turning out wonderful comfort food at a high pace and low price. Locations like this are few and far between.

Was recommended to stop by here and try their food. Boy what a great suggestion. Not only was the food amazing and fresh but the whole staff was very friendly and engaged in conversation the entire time I waited for my food. I learned that this restaurant is coming up on 77 years making the same great quality food. If you are in the area give it a go! Thank you to LeAnn and Cheryl for making it a great experience. Oh and the smoked brisket is well prepared and delicious. I am from Texas and know good brisket and this measured up to my top three!
