This place was amazing food was great, service outstanding and the atmosphere was romantic. I will definitely be back. I told our server I had a allergy and I had ordered something that had that item she caught it and let me know. The food was beyond compare. Crème brûlée was the best I ever had. Plus we didn’t have to box our own food.

I dined last night about 5:30 I was staying in a hotel close by. I did not have a reservation but the place was at a medium crowd. When I told the hostesses one for dinner they were not very friendly and I felt like I was imposing on them. I waited for a table that turned out to be in the bar in a booth that was not completed for seating but the hostess told me to go over anyway and basically seat myself, I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed. The hostess couldn’t be bothered to seat me or even bring a menu. The First impression a customer sees is the front of the house and little did she know I used to work for this very location year’s ago. Every person that comes in and dines in your restaurant whether they are a couple, a group, or a single person like myself having dinner, is entitled to be treated the same way and not shuffled off like they’re in the way. At $121.00 for dinner which is a pretty expensive price and considering the atmosphere it’s high end, the customers expect to be treated well when they walk into a restaurant like this. I was treated very rudely at the front and dismissed and I didn’t appreciate it. However my server a young man was very attentive, very courteous, and made the meal a lot better just by his kindness. The food was very good I had been looking forward to coming here for quite some time. I had a filet and a Caesar salad with a very nice glass of Chardonnay. However I felt very uncomfortable in the atmosphere shoved off in a corner. I had just lost my husband 3 months ago to cancer and it was one of the first times I’ve been out to dinner by myself in sometime. Courtesy and treating the customers that come in the door with kindness goes a long way instead of being dismissive, bored, and too busy chit-chatting with your second half to show that attention to detail. It seems these days if you have a pulse you have a job. What these young ladies at the door don’t understand is the customer coming in is why you have a job and a paycheck. If you can’t be bothered to do the job that you’re being paid to do then maybe you should work at McDonald’s. I’m sorry but I probably won’t return to this restaurant again. First impressions are a big deal. I think these young ladies need to pay attention to detail and treat every single customer that comes in that door the same way whether they have a reservation or they do not. I expect to pay a little more in a place like Ruth Chris and in turn I don’t like being made to feel like I’m imposing because I was a single person for dinner instead of a couple. It would have been nice to be offered a table in the dining room which they did not offer. Had it been a Friday or weekend, I would have understood. It was a Tuesday evening at 5:30 and no wait at the door. I hesitated to give this review but I think for the money I paid last night I shouldn’t have been made to feel the way I did.

Melt in your mouth steak. I had the petite filled with the seared blue cheese on top with a nice cabernet to go with it. Expensive, but also amazing.

Horrid service. Couldn’t believe it. Our server disappeared before we ordered our meals. Was rude to the party and uncomfortable with questions about the menu. It took out party 2 hours to be able to order, eat, and pay. Never been treated like this at a ruth chris experience. I expect high class service at at a high class restaurant

We went there last night as a group of four. None of us had been there before and it was fantastic! Parker was our server and he did an excellent job. The food was served hot and delicious. Definitely pricey, but we’ll be back for sure!

Wonderful experience! Our server, Aaron, was spectacular. He took such great care of us. The gluten friendly menu was superb and Aaron took extra care due to my severe allergy. So grateful.

Absolutely the best Steak house in town. The Petite Filet and Broiled Lobster were melt-in-your-mouth magic. Served with melted butter and cooked lemon on a sizzling plate. This was the first time in many years, at any restaurant, that my steak was served so hot, even though it was med rare, that it burned my mouth. But it smelled so delicious, I couldn’t wait! One of Us tried the Garlic encrusted Sea Bass and raved about it’s flavor and tenderness. Their sides of sweet potato casserole, and asparagus with hollandaise were wonderfully fresh and a nice complement to the proteins. My granddaughter is 5, and she loved the fried shrimp and fries, one of the child’s menu offering. This was a special occasion and the place & food made it feel truly special.

Excellent service, our waiter was attentive without smothering us. The steaks were cooked perfectly and were quite large. Sides can easily be shared (each side could feed two). Save room for dessert, the bread pudding was SO GOOD. For a full dinner, set aside at least 1.5 to 2 hours. Prices were high, but that’s to be expected for a higher-end steakhouse. Entrance is in little center pedestrian plaza.
