Delicious. Loved our server, Michael. Brought us delicious bread pudding, gratis, just because. Had funny conversations with him the entire time and he shared the story of how they got their name, Ruth’s + Chris Steak House! My food was so good too – Petit Filet with lobster tail, with enough on my dish that I finished the next day: center cut, nice big piece, and asparagus cooked to perfection with hollandaise on the side. Mom had a ribeye and we loved hers too. Everything delish.

Ordered a steak, came out rare (ordered medium). After several minutes without follow up the manager did finally notice we had put the steak to the side and took it back to cook. Unfortunately one of us had already finished their steak by this point, so kind of defeated the dinner a bit. It’s a STEAK house, you have to be able to cook a steak and follow up. Disappointed not more was done, and poor follow up from the waiter and even after they finally brought the steak to make sure all was well. The food otherwise was good when cooked correctly. The host/hostess were very nice.

What a difference a year makes. As someone who doesn’t eat meat i do not frequent here often but, in the past, when I did everything was remarkable as I would expect it should be. Tonight, however, was so drastically different. From table leaves that left your food and drink sliding into your lap (2 different tables), to arrogant waiters, lesser quality and overcooked food. It’s no wonder the restaurant was half empty all night. Quite the disappointment. My seafood tower left little to be desired. The lobster was very tough and the seafood very limited, quite the opposite from my last visit. When asked where the “tower” was, because it was served in a dish over ice, i was told “that’s marketing hype.” My guess is their tower would have showcased just how much less seafood was being served. It seems this is the end of an era for their fine dining service

They cut the steak in the kitchen in half the $77.00 cowboy steak. It looked as if it were just two pieces of leftover steak . We always get a whole steak and cut it to how we like it at the table . Also, the waiter never came back to ask if we needed more water or anything for that matter, nor did he pour the water out the carafe. he just left it on the table, and my parents are 82 and 86 . It was really bad service this time and $77 to get to little pieces of steak of the cowboy steak my father and I shared when we went there was not right.

To start, the dinner was not going well at all. Then everything finished off great. The manager Sergio came and made every right in my eyes. The food was great and fresh and the drinks were awesome! We definitely will be returning soon!

I was very impressed with the food and service for Thanksgiving dinner. Best sweet potato pie casserole I have ever eaten. The perfect amount of food. They also sent us home each with a bonus of some extra turkey, gravy and cranberry. A very nice touch. Management was visible and I was impressed. I have been to this location before and I recommend it.

Barely good is the best I can say. Lobster Bisque was not good at all so save your calories. The steak was ok, I think other high end steak houses are better. The Mac and Cheese was soupy and just avg at best. Bright side our waiter Niko was attentive and took good care of us.

Four of us celebrated two birthdays. My three dinner companions ordered filets and I had a 1lb. Rib eye steak. We all agreed the steaks were among the best we have ever eaten. The salads and sides were also excellent. Our waitress had ordered creme brulee for dessert to celebrate the birthday occasion but we were unable to eat them as we were stuffed. This was a meal that was perfect to celebrate two birthdays.

We decided to celebrate a birthday at Ruth’s Chris on Sunday night. The food was really good as always, however the star of the show was our server Michael R. He gave us excellent service and was professional and attentive. He helped make the evening very enjoyable for all of us.
