Me and my partner had Ribeyes. Great cut and well cooked but it lacked seasoning, any additional flavor. A good cut should speak for itself but I expect more flavor in the crust, felt like it wasn’t even salted. Mildly disappointed for a high end steak house. Lobster bisque was light on the lobster as well for the price. Otherwise great food, desserts were delicious. Wine was phenomenal.

Disappointed especially coming from a 5 star restaurant. Ordered through Uber eats. A wedge salad … it took 1.5 hrs to arrive and it arrived half the original size. Arugula was supposed to be garnish but ended up being more than the “iceberg wedge” the small wedge even had brown slimy spots on it.

Throughout dinner, he continued to come and check up to see if anyone needed anything. It is also pretty nice inside very classy, dim lights. My husband and I made dinner reservation to celebrate our 6th year anniversary. We called roughly five hours in advance. When we arrived, an older Caucasian gentleman looked as if he saw a ghost and said that he did not have a reservation for us. Another woman chimed-in and said, “No they are here”. They wanted to seat us in the bar area. I explained to them that we were celebrating a special occasion. They were very rude and adamant about seating us in the bar area. After peaking in the area, I couldn’t help but to notice that there were only people of color sitting there.

I went here for Christmas and had a very mixed experience. The steak was amazing, but the sides were kind of hit or miss. My party started with the lobster bisque, which I normally love, but there was a terrible bitter after taste to it and we all sent it back (we aren’t the sort who would normally do that but at $15 a bowl it should be fantastic – or at least palatable). I also found my creamed spinach very meh, though the garlic mashed potatoes were quite good. Considering the price and reputation of Ruth’s Chris Steak House, I was somewhat underwhelmed.

What an incredible experience this was. We went there for Father’s day dinner and I must say the food was fantastic. Henry, our waiter was friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. All his recommendations were spot on. You gotta try the sweet potato cobbler. I had a juicy delicious steak and I can’t wait to visit again.

My wife and I were there this evening to celebrate me getting a better career path. We usually go to Ruth Cris to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. This particular evening William Torres was our server and he made our time there even more special by giving us great service and was attentive to my wife and I. The food is always amazing which is why we keep coming back but thank you William for making it that much better.
