Very disappointed. My husband and I were celebrating my birthday. They seemed to be seriously understaffed. Dirty plates were not removed from our table. Service was slow, the bread was nearly burned and the food was just, ok.. With all the space in the dining room that was available, they sat a group chatty people directly behind me. Horrible experience. Definitely will not be going back.

NEVER DISSATISFIED! the drinks are great and the happy hour is pretty good for a high end place 4-6. The appetizers are all amazing and I always get the ribeye and every single time i go it is just as good as the last. The sides are all amazing depending on what your in the mood for. I never have room for dessert so cannot say much about that ‍♀️ wine I feel is a little overpriced so I usually stick with a cocktail or two ‍♀️

My fiancé and I came in on Saturday for my birthday dinner and the service could’ve been better. The hostess was great, as well as the manager who greeted us at the door. Our reservation was for 10 PM, and it seemed like our server was in a rush, clearly ready to go home. My fiancé’s steak was burnt on the ends, but the manager was great about it. He gave us a card for our next visit and was very apologetic. The crab cakes, creamed spinach, and au gratin potatoes were amazing. If you want to enjoy your meal as well as the atmosphere, I would recommend making earlier reservations. We won’t be back to this location, but we may give another location a try.

If you’re looking for an incredible experience at a steakhouse in this area, come here. The food and cocktails are outstanding!! We (4) came in at 7pm on a Saturday night and were seated immediately even though we didn’t have reservations. They weren’t able to seat us with our friend who is a waitress there so they brought us free cocktails instead. The waiter we did have, Walker, was the cherry on top of everything. He had us laughing all night long and paced our courses perfectly. We spent 3.5 hours here and didn’t feel rushed at all. Expect to spend $100 per person if you’re getting drinks, appetizers, meals and sides. Sides are big enough to share with the whole table. NOT PICTURES: sweet potato casserole – so, so, so good.

We were very disappointed with our service. It was a Thursday night and we were out celebrating our son’s birthday. Our waiter totally forgot about us and we were sitting with our empty plates for way too long. Once we finally got his attention, we expressed our concerns and asked him to please bring our desserts and check so we could leave as soon as possible. After paying the bill and waiting another 15 minutes, still no dessert came out. We got up and left without waiting for them any longer. Very disappointed. We will not be returning as the service and food do not live up to the expectations that you would expect from this fine dining restaurant.

I recently hosted my birthday party here. I have eaten at various Ruth Chris restaurants for years but it was my first time at this location. The food is always consistent but the thing that stuck out for me was the staff. From the event coordinator, manager and waitstaff – everyone was amazing! Planning a dinner can be stressful but this was smooth. Everyone was flexible – communication was great and they are willing to accommodate. The space was perfect. They typically use white table cloths but I like black and they had specifically ordered me black for my dinner. I was able to bring my cake ahead of time and they allowed me to decorate the space. It was amazing night and the team here really made the dinner. If you are looking for place to host an event – you NEED to chose this place.
