Rusty’s is always a hometown staple of Best Pizza. Never had a problem with their food or service. But we did notice a hair in my family members’ food. Not a usual accurance in that restaurant, but the server who helped us out responded promptly with little commotion. She simply brought a new pan of pizza with no charge. So the birthday party we had their turned out great. No complaints other than the heat leaving the restaurant. Thanks to the great service and customer care.

Two stars because the pizza was yummy however walking in it instantly felt dirty !! The carpets looks like they’ve never been cleaned and the wings were disgusting. Don’t even waste your money. I did return them and asked for salad which was no problem. If I come back it’ll be for takeout.

This was my 1st time actually going to rusty’s normally it’s delivered and everything is delicious and just as it should we I ordered the lunch special number 10 with pepperoni and Canadian bacon I got Canadian bacon and chicken and I do not really want chicken on my pizza I also ordered the 4 piece wings that came with it they were delicious and it came with a drink. Overall it’s a great lunch special and I would get it again but make sure the person taking my order follows directions

This establishment isn’t doing so well tonight. Ordered a pizza and wedges for pickup at 5:30 p.m. No wedges with my order and asked to wait another 10 minutes for wedges, after waiting 10 minutes to pick up my order at the window. Pizza was half – a** and not good. seriously I’m going to try Toni’s. Maybe their staff is better organized.

Dingy pub like atmosphere with worn out look inside this establishment. They have more takeout orders which is likely doing well. But I was surprised when the pizza (I ordered the lunch special-which it was not), came-it was charred far too long,,,and I really don’t like black carbon bread on the bottom of my pizza. Thanks anyway, won’t be back. Go to Cataldo’s,,, a far better pizza there

Just left the Ming Avenue location. Rants: This place is dirty. It needs a deep clean. I’m talking hazmat suits and steam cleaners. The place was empty yet every table was dirty. I have never seen so many employees standing around doing nothing. The Freestyle Coke machine wasn’t working properly and the employees said oh well, we’ve been busy. Customers went to the liquor store to buy sodas to drink with their meals. We asked for parm and pepper for our pizza, they said it’s in the jar on the counter, no jar was there. Bottom line, this place needs a new management. I’m glad we didn’t look in the restrooms.

Food was amazing as usually. Rusty’s has been my go to pizza place for YEARS. And after being out of town for a while it was great to return to a thin crust, double cheese, double pepperoni, and extra sauce pizza. I wouldn’t trust that order with anyone else because rusty’s always deliver, and they actually do delivery too. But still, best pizza in town hands down especially when it comes to adding extra toppings. Wedges and extra ranch are a must if you come here. All I can say is Rusty’s never disappoints.
