I always order from Rustys pizza today I decided to order from them I order two large pizzas a six piece fried chicken with a super wedge 28 chicken wings on the side and a pack of Coke. They told me it would be 45 minutes but it came to my house in 25 minutes. My wings were soggy. My pizza looked gross and they only gave me one sauce for my wings on top of that. I spent 105 bucks I will not be going here again. They lost a good customer.

Very sad to leave a bad review when we are regulars and love Rustys Pizza but this particular locations customer service is slowly going down hill. Our order was made wrong again and when asked to please remake with no attitude the supervisor on duty was incredibly rude and told me I should order it right next time and it won’t be messed up, which blew my mind because the ticket was correct just the pizza was wrong then she handed me my order without an apology or anything. Supervisors let’s do better or don’t take on more responsibility if you can’t handle what comes with it. Will plan to go to a different location from now on.

I don’t know why but the food is no good used to be worth your money. My salad was floating in water so they made me a new one it wasn’t any better the ranch has no flavor must be made with water instead of buttermilk. Toppings were so skimpy and chicken had no bater and no seasonings. My daughter and I were hungry and in the mood for good pizza. What a disappointment.

I first called mountain mike pizza was told the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour to pick it up and the total was $55. I call rusy’s was told 20 minute wait for pick up and for the same order i was going to place at mikes i was given a price of $43. Cheaper and faster; tasted great. On top of that I get there to pick it up all the workers were super friendly.

My 7 yr old daughters favorite pizza, mine too, food and service was great, unfortunately had to sit there and watch a bunch of unruly children beating the hell out of Star Wars Battle Pod game not even playing it just destroying it while the parents freaken sat there and did nothing. No Respect even the parents left a God awful mess on the table and floor. Disgusting parenting!
