Can’t understand anything you tell them I ordered meatballs sub probably the worst sandwich I ever had when you order meatball sub you thing you’ll get more then one meatball cutt up into 5 pieces to make an sandwich its all bread will not be back

Can’t say enough about THIS Rustys. They all have the best pizza outside of NJ, but this one has a kick-butt salad bar too. Their pan crust makes it a filling meal, but the thin crust is my favorite, especially under a garden vegetable favorite pizza. The atmosphere is insanely cool. Train stuff on the walls and high windowed ceilings showing blue fluffy clouded skies. Oh my. Dynamite rooms you can reserve for parties too.

I usually go a couple times a week after work, anytime from 9-11pm and usually have no problems. I almost always order an individual pizza with a small garlic bread and soda or a small pizza and soda to eat there. But the past couple times I’ve gone and been helped by the same person I don’t get part of my order. The first time was my garlic bread. I was told it was on its way and never showed up. This last time I didn’t get my pizza

Let me start by saying I absolutely love Rusty’s Pizza hands down the best around so much so that I was willing to drive from orcutt to Santa Barbara because I was craving their famous pizza and salad. An individual two topping pizza for $5.96. great deal. A small to go salad was $12.96 rip off! Then to top it off while my 6-year-old daughter was waiting for me to order. She asked if she could use her quarters to play a game. The game didn’t work. We asked the cashier for a refund on the game and was refused. Being told play at your own risk. Mind you, there are no signs saying such terrible, terrible customer service

I was very disappointed. I ordered an individual pizza. The person took my order and read it back to me what I wanted. I’m allergic to chorizo. Waited 25 minutes for my order. It came with chorizo!! Had to wait another 15mins for them to make my pizza over again
