Our name Rusty Taco comes from our founder, Rusty Fenton who was passionate about food and had a dream to open a neighborhood taco stand. That dream came true when our first restaurant opened in in in 2010 in Dallas, TX. Since the day Rusty Taco has opened, we have enjoyed the Service, the Quality and the People this restaurant has in place. Well done for such an amazing meal. Adam the bartender has been there since they opened and we make sure that he is the one we go see for the great experience. Consistency is key to giving the best experience and Adam and the rest of the staff give exactly that.

Grilled shrimp tacos are delicious. The grilled fish tacos are also great. Tried the brisket nachos. Good but too much BBQ sauce. Bartender was very sweet.

Have been waiting for this to open all summer! Not traditional Mexican food but absolutely amazing, unique tacos. We have tried grilled fish, shrimp, bbq, a breakfast taco and a classic Rusty taco with their amazing pineapple relish. Also…bottomless chips and queso that is made fresh daily. Oh, I should probably also mention the bar with good beers on tap and fun cocktails. Plus….the whole place has a great sense of humor!

A refreshing new entry into the Reno food scene (desert). Awesome and inventive food is paired with a nice little bar, which is often managed by Gigi – an awesome character. One of my pet peeves is a properly poured beer – and this is only one area where this man exceeds. Service is awesome and the food quality is absolutely excellent and has an authentic vibe. It’s a chain, but highly recommended!

Awesome Tacos, had the grilled fish and grilled cauliflower for lunch. 2 Tacos and a soda were $11. Not a bad deal. The only gripe is this Friday lunch, took 20 minutes to get two Taco out. I’ll be cack.
