Overall good experience. We ordered chicken nachos and the chips were not crispy at all, but the toppings were delicious. My husband had the fish sandwich and fried mushrooms. Both were great. I order the Cuban with mayo instead of mustard. When I got my order I asked for extra mayo for my fries. The waitress brought me miracle which I am not a fan of. When I asked her if it was mayo she said no it’s Miracle Whip did you want mayo? Yes. That’s why I asked for mayo lol. I was disappointed to find my sandwich also had Miracle Whip instead of mayo. There are lots of things I want to try and everyone was friendly so I will definitely give it another try.

This place is awesome! Whether it be looking for a great stop in transit on US 35 or just seeking a good place locally to have a meal and drinks with with family/friends, the Rusty Keg is a great choice! Very neat atmosphere with comfortable seating and tvs throughout to watch a game. The food is well above just bar food. My wife had a Philly Steak she thoroughly enjoyed and my brisket sandwich had a good bbq sauce and brisket was juicy and tender. Their onion rings and pretzels are also delicious. Highly attentive service from our server as well. Highly recommend.

Overall, a decent experience. The smoked salmon in the salmon salad was nice great. Very weird smoke flavor. The rest of the salad was fine. The chocolate lava cake dessert was pretty good. Had two Old Fashioned drinks but there was barely any bourbon in them. I’ll give the restaurant one more try and order something different.

Ate there today, food was great. Hard to find a good patty melt anymore, their’s was perfect! Husband had the giant fish sandwich. Both had fries, ordered a side of fried pickle spears. Service was good, staff was polite. Definitely a vintage feel/look inside which we liked. Had a nice patio, but we had been in the heat so we opt’d for the A/C. Drink menu looked good. Will stop in again when we’re in the area!

The wait for our food was over an hour on Saturday. We played Keno and they did not have the funds for money won. They told us we could go to another lottery merchant and get our $. (Lies) had to go all the way back which is 40 miles from home, and talk to the manager about it. After all that I finally was able to get money won.

Food is great! I came in at an odd time on a weekday when there happened to be a small rush and the two servers were hard-pressed to keep up but that was not their fault at all.

This is a great place to grab dinner and some drinks. Their Keg Chicken Nachos are a must order. Their ribs on Friday night are amazing. The atmosphere is nice and quiet so you can actually have a conversation during dinner. If you get the chance definitely give this place a chance.

I always get bacon cheese fries, which are really good. My brother, on the other hand, likes the soup & salad bar on Wednesday. He loves the lobster bisque. The last 2 Wednesdays, we’ve been there early evening & sold out. Any chances ya might make it more than once a month?
