We are bringing skills and concepts collected from 15 years of cooking; ranging from small bistros and pubs to upper scale fine dining, highlighting seasonal and farm fresh approaches on new and old favorites. I’ve had the opportunity to eat many different food items throughout the different seasons, from this food truck and have found Everything that I’ve eaten has exceeded my expectations and was always presented in an appealing way! End of day unfortunately when we got there and when I asked what type of food they made and sold for future reference the staff said the info was on their website and gave me a business card to take with me. Fine but I didn’t ask for a recitation of the whole !@#$%^&*() menu, just an idea. Nice to cop an “attitude” and get away with it as I never would at any job I had of ANY type. Turns out after “checking the site” it’s not what I originally thought as to type of food so not bothering any other time anyway. P.S. The signage wasn’t out on display at that point; thus the reason I asked about the choices and no, I don’t think it was unprofessional to say refer to the site or offer a business card; it was in the delivery.

I bought beef sliders, Korean steak egg rolls, and the grilled watermelon from a food truck. The watermelon was ok. Everything else was greasy, bland, and the meat was tough and tasteless. Never again

The beet salad was full of surprising flavors. A mix of berries, nuts and spices. I could taste a hint of mint. The cucumber strawberry gazpacho was a nice palate cleanser. Very fresh. Yum. Highly recommend! We found the truck at #mauglesierravineyard.

Waited in like at this truck for an hour to get up to the window to be told they are taking a break to check inventory…not how you run a food truck. Get it together, check your lines, get out of the truck and explain to everyone what’s going on so people have the choice not to wait an hour for nothing, and tell people what’s going on, you made a lot of people upset yesterday.

Food truck is extremely unorganized and can’t keep up with more than 3 orders at a time, usually this wouldn’t be an issue but the woman taking orders was extremely rude about it and once we finally (after a 30 minute wait at a food truck) the food was mediocre at best.
