Have been twice now, and the bagel sandwiches for breakfast are great! The bagel itself is super fluffy and flavorful, the bacon is really good, and they even give you an over easy egg. Highly recommend

Food was tasty. Staff was warm and welcoming. I was impressed with my friends house side salad it had more veggies then I’ve seen for a side salad! My kid loved the chicken strips and fries and they were not over cooked or greasy! Inside was clean and atmosphere was awesome! I Will Def go back!

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!! So disappointing. Entered this establishment at 10:45am for just 2 slices of pizza. One cheese and one pepperoni. There were only 2 families in front of us so there’s no way it should have taken 45 minutes. After waiting, waiting and more waiting, I went up to ask how much longer. The old lady tells me the computer went down so my order was never submitted. “Human error” she kept saying. And no one could come over and tell me that as soon as they found out!! So I got a refund and decided to wait by the pick up area. The same old lady kept telling me to go sit down, they’ll bring it out when it’s ready. Go sit down! Go sit down. Why do you want me to sit down so bad? So no one will notice how long I’ve been waiting?? Then this same old lady, mind you, I haven’t even said one word to her. Just waiting for my order, and she says loud enough making sure the WHOLE restaurant hears, “I already refunded your money! I don’t mind giving it to you for FREE!” Then shakes her head and rolls her eyes as she makes sure everyone else heard her. Lady! No one needs to know my business!! Finally….. we get out 2 slices and this is the way the lady hands it to me. On a paper plate with foil on top!!! No lie you guys!! I had to take a picture because I was in such shock. We left the pizza right there where she put them

Do not eat here unless you want food poisoning. I was there 7/21/23 for lunch and what I seen was something off bar rescue. There was mold coming out of the ice machine where everyone’s ice is being contaminated. No one wore gloves and no one washed their hands. They were all on their phones when we came in and it was very dirty. There was food stuck to the menus that are in a pile for everyone to freely touch. My order came with a cookie the girl tosses my cookie right on the nasty pile of menus. I might have tried the cookie anyway had it been completely wrapped but it wasn’t. It was completely exposed on the bottom. I was so grossed out I could only make myself take one bite of my sandwich and mac and cheese. I didn’t drink my drink and hated watching my husband drink his drink. I wish I would have stopped him…. he doesn’t feel good today.

Asked for only sausage, there’s a ton of bacon. The burrito is mushy and there’s so much liquid dripping out of the bottom, I didn’t add any salsa to it either. I had two bites and can’t even finish it, probably the worst breakfast burrito I’ve get had. Will not be going back.

A nice modern style restaurant despite the name. Cafeteria style in which you order and pay first at the front desk, find a seat, they call out your name, you get your food at the counter, after your meal you take your plates to a designated area and drop them off. Utensils are plastic, which, of course, cuts down on labor costs and water usage but is tough to recycle. I prefer metal Utensils myself. Our food was pretty good. Omelets and French toast. On a side note, what is it with restaurants serving cold syrup with pancakes, etc. It’s not hard to keep syrup warmed in a pot, and your customers will appreciate your food that much more. Anyway, the French toast was tasty, but food got cold rapidly because the door to the restaurant was open, and the breeze cooled everything down quickly. Warm syrup, anyone? The potatoes that came with the meal were perfectly done, and the side of fresh fruit was a nice touch. There is not much to say about the service because your only interaction with people is when you pay. Like most modern establishments, you are guilt tripped into tipping as you pay even though the customer does everything but cook. What happens if you tip 15 or 20% and the food is lousy? I’m not a fan of this movement. I always tip generously but on merit, not just because someone took my order. Anyway, if you’re in Couer d’ Alene this is a nice restaurant with decent food.

All the bad reviews are true but we still enjoyed our experience. It’s a cute cafe with a decent atmosphere even though the food seemed stale and there were flies. The staff were pretty unfriendly and our waitress literally spilled a pretty large puddle of my latte on the table when she brought it and then just set the latte in it and left the hangover hash was pretty bad, the toppings tasting stale and the potatoes tasting unseasoned but the eggs were fine! The bagel sandwich was pretty good but there was only one slice of bacon and it was hard as a rock. Cute place tho!
