I’m upset because this is an Italian restaurant, I ordered a meatball sub which cost $9.50 WITHOUT CHEESE, this is absolutely ridiculous. The food was terrible. They threw the sandwich together, there’s no presentation, there isn’t even a good bread to meatball ratio. The sandwich fell apart, the meatballs were all broken up, and the bread was soggy. I was hungry and I can say for a fact the food was nasty and cold! One thing restaurants must understand is no matter how good the service is I cannot fill my belly on smiles from the servers. The food had no taste, no flavors, just bland ughhh I couldn’t even believe it. Absolutely horrid and the best part of the restaurant is the bathroom! I shall never return.

Russillo is one of the best restaurants in NJ. Every time and I mean every time we have eaten there, the food and service has been exceptional! I’m an extremely picky eater and they accommodate with annoying ways everyone we go there. NO EXCEPTIONS! This is why we have our parties catered from Russillo all the time and we have dinner there a couple of times a week. Chris and Dave are two great superior guys and incredible owners! I highly recommend eating here, you won’t be disappointed.

We have enjoyed our meal at Rusillos multiple times so we had them cater our sons graduation party. The food was fantastic. Our family and friends raved about how good everything was. The price is very reasonable and the quality top notch. The delivery was on time and set everything up. I was actually able to enjoy my party without the hassle of cooking !!

Dave helped me plan a surprise engagement party for my now fiance. We had about 30 people attend and the food was an absolute hit! Everyone raved about it and we hardly had any leftovers ( ordered for 40 people to be safe). Would 100% have Russillo’s cater any future gatherings! Rusillo never disappoints! Chris and Dave run an exceptional establishment and their food is absolutely delicious. Have been eating here for years…lunch, dinner, catering (large corporate as well as home parties) and have never had an issue with their service (they go above and beyond) or food quality (consistently awesome!)
