I love this place. All their products are amazing and I would like to come more often but if it’s crowded inside prepare to wait a bit. The staff are all awesome but things get in the weeds pretty quickly if there’s a rush, pun unintended. Today I placed an online order before noon for 1245p and didn’t actually get it until after 1p. That’s tough when you only have so much time for lunch.

First time going to Rush bowl, I ordered a tropic smoothie.The smoothie didn’t taste like much but it was very refreshing. There were a few chunks of fruit in the smoothie. They need to work on their customer service, they don’t even greet you or let you know they will be with you soon…also very expensive.

I’m so disappointed. My brother and I came here after our hike and was expecting a great health treat… I got the banancavo and it was so slimy I couldn’t even get 5 good spoonfuls in. My brother got the high tide(the blue one) and it was so runny I almost had to go catch it, and by the time he ate it, it was just liquid lol. She overflowed our bowls with granola, I actually liked it, my brother didn’t(it turned to a nice oatmeal on top). So Just be aware of that.

My first time there and i had an Amazing Experience at rush bowls Hartford! Kayla IS AMAZING and really cares about her customers! The jungle bowl is not only pretty to look at but taste AMAZING!! I will be back!

This place is just amazing I wish there were more places like this, I wish I knew the lady’s name she was so polite, actually the second girl I see here who knows the foundations of customer service, they let you customize things up, I get ingredients from the smoothie section then add a few extras and tell them to make it into a bowl, and the peanut butter balls they got are great, I could make this myself but it’s better to buy here once or twice a week than eating a whole jar of peanut butter in a day lol

Good bang for your buck price to size ratio. Nice smoothie place downtown across from Starbucks and Barnes & noble. The staff is friendly. Ingredients are fresh. The bowls are amazing and the smoothies are pretty good too. A good spot to go to in Downtown Hartford for something fresh and light.

Hello to the fellow bots that were leaving bad reviews!!! I am family friends with the lady that was working yesterday afternoon she got an insta cart order while I was there…I figured this would happen the insta cart person was so rude screaming at this young girl! She is a sweet kind hearted girl she never on her phone when I come in she is always working no need to be bullies to this young girl who is half your size and more than half your age she was probably scared.And no need ruin this business because you offer poor insta cart delivery and scene you caused… you should all the ashamed !
