The Double Vision pizza at Ruse is the only pizza I have ever sought out and repeatedly come back for – it’s fantastic, 10/10! I live 7 hours away and never stay in Vancouver without a visit here. The Detroit style crust is unique and just the right weight. The staff and the location are the icing on the cake: it’s a great vibe with friendly people and a truly memorable pizza. Don’t sleep on Ruse!

Everything they serve is delicious. My favorite pizza is the BBQ and they have a wonderful Caesar Salad. It’s the perfect Denver style pizza with the crispy edges.

Amazing deep dish pizzas and great beer! This is one of our favorite places on the waterfront, great views and vibes at a reasonable price point. Try The Turnpike (fennel sausage and rosemary ricotta are the highlights on this one) or the Double Vision (pepperoni with a spicy twist). You can’t go wrong with any of the beers, but their hazy IPAs are my favorite—big, juicy and delicious!

Well, I really enjoyed this place. The pizza is to die for. I tried to get a half-and-half, but they said no. Different pizzas require differing cook times. The very helpful server told me they tried half-and-half pizzas, but since they want to get as close to perfection as possible, each pizza need its own cook time.

Good but sometimes inconsistent. We ordered turnpike and north shore again and noticed they added a dollop of marinara on top of each slice when they didn’t previously. Although it makes the pizza less dry and reminds us of our love for Chicago pizza, it wasn’t as good for takeout since the marinara gets cold easily and doesn’t reheat well. I’d prefer to order something and expect it to taste the same the next time I order it

We love Crust Collective! The best pizza. We love getting a salad and pizza to share between my husband and I and it is the perfect amount of food. The staff are always pleasant. When we make it down to the waterfront this restaurant is our go to place! We haven’t gotten something and been disappointed. It is also family friendly which we like 🙂
