Tried our first Runza this week in Omaha (we are from Colorado and were visiting family in Nebraska). We loved it, so we stopped in the store in McCook. Great service from the staff, excellent food (we both had the original Runza with Frings). I highly recommend this store and Runza as well.

This was my first visit to this chain and although my fries were hot and fresh, the rest of my order was not. I may not remember the burger I choked down with the help of several fountain refills But I will remember not to order Runza in the future

Runza usually pretty good but these people at the McCook one seem to hate their job and just not nice. Absolutely drowned my burger in mustard and I like mustard but couldn’t eat it

Runza has always been mine and family’s go to place but over the last 6 months or even longer every time I go they mess something up or the fries are undercooked and if I get chicken tenders they are so dry and rubbery that it feels like they were made an hour before they put them in my bag.. i want the old runza back where they actually care!

Went to Runza for supper and they forgot some of our food. (Unfortunately this isn’t the first time either) I did call to let them know and told them how upsetting it was because we have to drive back to grab it. I spoke to a gentleman name Kyle, He was super understanding and was very professional! He did everything great to make sure we were happy customers! 10/10 recommend Kyle!
