I wish I had stopped at a Runza before I tried this one. These things are good! Kind of a loose meat sandwich in freshly baked bread. Nicely seasoned too. Good prices and a friendly staff. I’ll be sure to stop next time I’m going through that part of that country.

Solid Midwest establishment! If you’ve never ate at a runza and you like fast food, don’t pass on this place. The runza are my favorite. Whether you get the mushroom Swiss, original, or American, you won’t be disappointed. I always get extra onions on mine. Also, FRINGS! Onion rings and fries, together forever ❤️❤️ always a treat when passing through here. This particular runza is the nicest one I’ve been to. Great facility.

Stopped here on a road trip traveling from Ohio to Salt Lake City, Utah.. and I will have to say, I was impressed! The Runza was Very delicious .. I would definitely eat here again!

While prepping for our road trip, I found that Runza is popular in Nebraska, and having never heard of it, let alone tried it, we decided to make sure we ate it while in the state. The Runza Restaurants get relatively good reviews, so we stopped by the one on 2nd Ave / 8th St. in Kearney.

FOOD Not to my taste, but the restaurant was clean and service was quick and polite. Fries were good but salty, Runza was also salty. Soda was good. I checked the sodium content and it was well over 2k mg for the meal. If that matters to you, just be warned to check that out before ordering.

So disappointed! I love Runza but this was the worst food and service I’ve ever received! The young man taking money and the window didn’t say one word through the whole transaction . Didn’t give me my total or say thank you. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. Both were cold and the fries were so salty I couldn’t eat them. It will be awhile before I visit this location again.

I can overlook the long and slow line at your drive through because it was a few minutes afternoon. I moved on when you said the Italian Runza was no longer available. But I was disappointed in the portion size I received in your chicken strip meal. Next time I want Chicken strips Nicks Gyros will be worth the drive.
