First time trying Runza as we aren’t from here. It was pretty good. Sandwiches looked nothing like the pic but the flavor was pretty good. Ice cream cones were tiny but had a good taste.

Food is delicious, staff are friendly, service is quick and prompted. What more can one ask for?! Great place for family, friends, kids, or large group gatherings. I ordered the sweet berry chicken salad. It has grilled chicken, walnuts, cranberries, feta cheese, and poppy seed dressing. It was very yummy but I thought that it could be improved by topping it off with fresh strawberries!! Thanks Runsa for your good and healthy food options

I ordered from the app to pick up my food. When I arrived there was a chorus us teen girls up front that all responded to me saying: “I don’t know how to do an online order.” I’m not sure why employees wouldn’t be trained to do this if it’s something they are going to offer. The kitchen staff was working very hard and they were great, the gals taking orders could use some help with customer service.

After waiting almost 10 mins behind only one car, I was treated to the worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Two chicken strips instead of a full breast, which meant much less meat. Gobs of mayo falling out of the sandwich. A few chunks of the white part of lettuce. And cold to boot.
