This is a beautiful Runza, and the customer service is superb! Food was made just right. We purchased frozen Runzas to be picked up the next day on our way out of town. Manger was very helpful in helping us get those Runzas before they opened. Wonderful experience all around. Thank you Runza!

Absolutely love it here. Staff is nice. Food is somewhat unique. Runza is my favorite fast food. I wish they were in more areas. This specific location is clean and tidy, the food is tasty, the staff is professional, & the parking is nice. Orders were recieved complete, correct, & in a timely manner.

Food is always good but lately what the heck is up with the employees? SO RUDE. The past 2 visits at this location I have been given so much attitude both through the intercom and at the window. Tonight, the girl basically snatched the cash out of my hand. Absolutely unacceptable and it has turned me off to go to this location.

Runza never disappoints and this location was no different. If you’re from Nebraska you know and love Runza, and it’s always worth the trip. Anything from burgers, chicken strips, to ice cream sandwiches, it’s all great. Plenty of specialty runzas that are seasonal so don’t skip those!

Food was good but not very hot. I find if I go there during lunch hour that they have them already made up so there not hot. If I go later in the afternoon it is hot. I had a runza and onion rings.

Have ordered from this Runza from time to time, but this was one of the worst times. Order ahead of time on the app and place my order for 12:40. I get there and my order is done about 5 mins before 12:40, okay cool! I get home, one of my burgers was basically split in half but put together to be made as “one”, I put extra crispy for my frings, and they are in fact not extra crispy, especially when my order is done before my due time which you would think would be a good thing. Was one of the more sadder Runza experiences, glad not all locations are like this.

Very clean. Open dining outside and inside with some tables being designated as “not in use” to accommodate social distancing. Great food!!! Very fresh salads and perfect onion rings 🙂 they have “no touch” restroom doors so you can exit without having to touch the handle… Great innovation for retro fitting standard doors..prices comparable to other places.

Most of the workers don’t care or have attitudes, had to go through the drive thru twice because we ordered four sides of fries and got four sides of ranch cups and the lobby just closed, lemonade was actually lemon water, wasn’t impressed.

This is runzas “4” piece chicken strip meal. Filling you up isn’t an issue with these skimpy tenders. Really expect better when I only get a chance to eat runza while driving between kansas city and Kearney.
