This would probably be a lot better experience, BUT they do not wear gloves to prep your food. It seems like franchised location makes gloves while meal prepping optional as opposed to mandatory. In the wake of the Pandemic, food safety should not be optional. For the price you pay for the food here, you shouldn’t have to worry if someone just took out the trash, played in their hair, or just texted on their phone AND THEN MADE YOUR FOOD. If you want Runza that bad, go to 90th and Fort. They ALWAYS have gloves on.

This runza is horrible. It’s clear that the employees don’t care about the food they’re serving you. The food is usually inedible, undercooked fries, soggy chicken tenders. Employees are constantly rude and act like you’re an inconvenience for coming to a restaurant for food. Orders are also constantly wrong/missing items. Picture is of chicken tender from tonight’s order.

Not only is Runza one of my all time favorites – the service I received today was above and beyond! When my food was handed to me in the drive-thru window I brilliantly dropped it. Completely my fault. The very nice man working stopped me when I went to open my door to grab it and said no they would get me a new meal. He was so nice, kept smiling and talking with me and never once showed any sign of irritation or anything. Thanks Runza for making sure I got a fresh Swiss cheese mushroom Runza!! You guys are awesome!’
