Runza has the best cheeseburgers in town hands down. Everything always comes out fresh and tasty. When nightingale into a burger it’s like an explosion of flavor for every bite. The fries are very delicious as well. They’re cooked with perfection every time. I’ve yet to have a soggy fry from here. The best part is that they are not overly salted. The facility is very clean and clutter free. Tables are continuously wiped down and well maintained. The staff is super friendly and always staying busy. I’ve yet to run into an unhappy face here. Good Job Runza!

Not only was the food fresh and good but the establishments was clean and the employees were all friendly and professional! But the biggest thing of all is, I left my purse on the back of the chair when I left. I called a little bit later when I noticed it missing. They had put it away in the back room for me and it was all intact. They made me identify it before I was able to pick it up. So I appreciate that so very much! I’m thankful for honest people!! Kudos to you all!!

This location disappoints me! So hit or miss! Never consistent and all I want is a large crinkle fry preferably warm NOT COLD AND SITTING! do better! Until then I’ll go to another location

I’ve been coming to this location for roughly 30 years. I can remember when Runza was THEE place to go. But within the last 5 years or so, I noticed the service and food had decreased quite a bit from what it used to be. All while the prices continue to go up. I haven’t been in roughly 5 years. So I decided to give this new building a shot….

Came through the drive thru. Just ordered a crispy chicken salad with ranch. The cashier confronted us with a very annoyed undertoned voice. She said “hang on, *loud sigh*, we don’t have that just these two salad selections”. Like she was extremely annoyed with us. I could literally hear her smashing the order touch screen through the speaker. Drive up to get our salad, and she was giving us eye rolls and annoyed mannerisms. Then a nice man popped his head through and asked if we just wanted the chicken, cheese, and ranch on the salad? We answered yes. The cashier then with rude movements handed me the bag, said with the most unconvincing face, and tone “have a nice day”. Worst experience ever. Someone tell her it’s gonna be okay.
