I usually love runza but tonight they just didn’t hit the mark. All the chicken strips were barely the size of my finger and we waited at the payment window for about 5 minutes for what I thought might be fresh food, though they didn’t actually indicate any reason for it to take so long, and it wasn’t fresh. Although the staff didn’t explain way it took so long they did apologize and were very friendly

Excellent! This restaurant delivers consistent quality, service and value. My wife and I dine here often. At many restaurants today it’s hard to find a clean place to sit down and eat, floors are dirty and bathrooms are not maintained. This Runza is clean, the employees are respectful and the food is excellent. Today as I was leaving a young man said have a good day folks, thats old school, it’s awesome!

I just got out of the dentist, from a procedure, my face was partially numb. I went inside because I knew that the order taker wouldn’t be able to understand me. There was a gentleman at the register saw I was having a hard time. He was very helpful in taking my order even helped me to the car, to make sure I was okay! The staff was very professional and I had excellent customer service! They made my day! I want this location and staff recognized!

My daughter and I dined in at this Runza during her spring break and she commented and how it felt like a pre-pandemic experience. The food at the Runza was wonderful, but even better than that, the staff all seemed … happy. Happy to work there, happy to help. It was such a nice experience to dine there. Runza, whatever you’re doing at this location, duplicate it everywhere. ❤️

Stopped there on a very hot day, and only decided to purchase a chocolate ice cream cone. It really hit the spot and it only cost $1.71. The only way I could beat that if somebody gave it to me free. The people there are really friendly and I loved it

Since April the chicken fingers are different. They are terrible. Use to be real chicken, now its processed. This is the one in Papillion. The one in Springfield has lost its quality. Taking my business elsewhere.
