Some things were great and some were not. The terriyaki noodles which were an extra dollar, were just spaghetti noodles with watered down terriyaki sauce. The island mac was not authentic and had little to no flavor. The pork though, was so flavorful and seasoned well. Definetely enjoyed that. The steamed veggies were still raw and nothing was hot about our meal, we did do pick up and took it home but our home is a few minutes away and things were cold. The sauces were good and my dad like the terriyaki chicken. Overall, mo bettahs is mo BETTAH and for the price we didn’t get much.

I am extremely disappointed in the portion size I got for my Blackened Salmon and rice, at 16.99 I expected a White Bowl with a generous portion of rice and Salmon and veggies that I got all the time at the Layton Utah location. On that note the customer service was great, but shrouded in black via the portion sizes my family recieved for the amount of money I spent on Dinner. It was obvious that they were scrimping to off set the wages that they have to pay there employees because of Bought in Bidens ridiculous inflation costs. I’ve included pictures from inside the Resturant to show the false advertisement being presented. In Layton when dining in a White Bowl was offered. And I got a small silver carry out dish with sublingual amounts of food. Highly disappointed. To make my point clear look at Frank V’s review from two years ago his photo shows a picture of how a regular size bowl should look. Read all the one and two star reviews below pertaining to reviews on food and portion size. They are still true. You think management would have made adjustments pertaining to the reviews they recieved. Lesson learned for me.

We probably visit this Rumbi at least every other month. Staff is exceptionally friendly, service is great, food is delicious. We do both takeout and dine in, and have never had a problem with either. Portion sizes are generous, and food quality is great. Love the double sauce amounts, that is a good bonus too. (Keep mailing coupons, they work to get us in!)

Hadn’t been here in a few years apparently. They no longer serve hamburgers. No longer serve dine ins on glass plates with silverware. The build your bowl went up in price and down in quality. Wasn’t good at all. Super disappointed. Only good thing was the patience of the cashier and sweet potato fries. Also, tips are earned not required. Their pin pad forces you to put in a tip.

They had a gluten free menu which was extremely helpful and the staff was so friendly. They marked everything in my order so it was easy to tell which items were gf which was extra amazing! They have a team member who has celiacs so she knew everything!

I havent really eaten at rumbi before but decided to try it and i was pleasantly surprised. Bottom line – the food was fresh and tasty. As everyone knows the food could be great but if the service aint there, then i would not go back. The staff was so friendly though. An employee by the name of Bryton, was helpful and explained some of the menu too me. great smile. Its just nice to feel welcome and comfortable when going out to eat. Thanks!!
