I went with my daughter. The atmosphere was nice. I had the spicy salmon rasta pasta and the pasta wasn’t spicy. The salmon was honey glazed, that was good. My daughter had the sliders and beef tacos, she loved it. The chairs were uncomfortable and the waitress was very on point. I would definitely visit again.

I was so surprised. I happen to come Halloween 2021. On the outside I got this Latin vibe but once inside it has this West Indian/ Latin vibe; decorated in Halloween props like spider webs on the walls, a costumed model that you could take pics with and a DJ. There were a couple of guests dancing amidst dining tables lol. It was definitely a festive vibe.

Happy Hour was very Happy. I was so tipsy I can’t remember nobodies name but Ni. It was those damn three Potentials I drank. Yikes.. The service was amazing. The music lit. . The Tostones and Shrimp are worth every bit of its 20.00… Hats off to all the Bartenders and Mixologist, you ladies are truly a vibe. It’s nice to see a beautiful black woman holding it down. I haven’t been out in a long time, and I had such a blast….I will definitely be back

I picked this place for my mom’s retirement dinner because of all the raving reviews. Unfortunately my experience was different. Let me start by saying the food was absolutely delicious, best I had a t a restaurant in a long time. However, the service was mid. Let’s start with the fact that when asked for more silverware and for some reason had to wait forever for that. We ordered our food and they completely forgot my Aunt’s order and her grandson’s order (which they gave the grandson’s order for free so I was happy with that). The waitress seem to have an attitude when we asked her for basic service, like clean up the plates we were finished with because the table was getting full, asking for more napkins. Now I have to be honest and say, towards the end the service did get better and I would go to Rum and Tequila again because I believe in giving things a second chance.

What an experience free shot , the DJ was fun shouting me out as the birthday girl and my whole table! Janyel our waitress took care of us patient and attentive. Happy hour here is the way to go their drinks are mixed WELL strong and sweet and the food here is DELICIOUS although expect to wait a while for your food to come out—but it’s worth it big portion and again it’s DELICIOUS.
