Went in for dinner and had to try their restaurant week drink and it didnt disappoint. Neptune’s Rings was everything delicious, and it was left just the right taste on the tongue to leave you wanting more.

I would give a 0 if possible. It’s my first review. Everyone from the music community please don’t go here! You can be assaulted with 0 accountability.

Really enjoy this place, the atmosphere is exactly how it needs to be for the bar that it is. Not fancy and it isn’t supposed to be, the drinks are good and the pool tables are plentiful. Lots of TVs and sports on somewhere. Food menu is simple and but has what you want at a place that’s a step or so above a dive bar and made well. Try the brats and fries that come with a delicious spiced pickle spear. Gotta just get myself here more often to become a regular!

This was the most unwarranted, judgmental, and disrespectful service I’ve ever had in my life. I think they staff should be disciplined or discarded. No man should be treated like that ever.

One of Kalamazoo natives’ favorite bars in town. There’s always such a lively atmosphere, tons of arcade games, pool, and a spot to play corn hole out back in the outdoor patio, which is my personal favorite spot here. You can always expect your bartender to be a little rough around the edges, and the same can be said of the patrons, but for me that’s just part of the charm. Drinks are always a good price, and the hotdogs slap! Great local bar if you want to have a night out with lots of energy in the air!

Ruggers keeps trying new things lately and I’m impressed. From Jazz nights at Boomerangs, Salsa night, bands in the evenings, trivia night on Sundays, yummy new dishes!

the manager on duty sam with the red tank top on a black hat was absolutely disrespectful and degrading in her conversation with me regarding confusion about my tab and my friend not liking her drink. i was politely offering to pay for the drink and the new one i asked to replace it. she proceeded to talk about me in third person “the girl who came and ordered this every pulled up the recipe so how are you not liking it”. then demanded the bartender stop serving me because i did not like my drink that was made. the bartender did not ask me who’s tab i was on before they wrongfully accused me of attempting not to pay for my drinks. i feel as if your going to have someone represent your business someone who has no people skills nor any kindness inside of them is not the best choice . she was completely racist and demeaning of multiple black women and men. in this day and age if you can’t be nice to people who look different than you why even work in the hospitality industry?

Traveling and just wanted a nice salad for dinner. I called the pub next to the hotel, I couldn’t find a menu online so I just asked for a grilled chicken salad, fairly basic..and they happily obliged. I get there to pick up and pay for it, thinking nothing of checking (which is unlike me). I also ask for a to-go menu, this looked like a decent place, I might go back. Anyway the server proceeds to tell me this particular salad wasn’t on the menu, but they did it anyway. So that was nice. Then, I get back to the hotel and open it up to find this! That cook took a little time to care about this grilled chicken salad. Thanks! It was perfect ❣
