First time being in this one in awhile. Seems nothing much has changed since. Service was a bit slow and the atmosphere isn’t welcoming. I did the Taco bar at 230pm on a Saturday and was charged dinner prices… That kinda sucked. I think that should start at 430p. Anyway, it Was ok for a quick fix, but I probably won’t be back in this one.

The generic taco bar is $13. That’s ridiculous. On top of that they charge a 5 percent fee for using a credit card. I’m pretty sure Visa charges business 1 percent as the convenience for the business being able to ACCEPT Visa, not for the consumer to pay a convenience fee. It’s the convenience of the business to be able to accept payment other than cash. Rudy’s is now a joke. The place was dead at noon for good reason. I’m sure I ate at least 3 tacos. $5 apiece for generic meat with barely any flavor. done and done. Good luck

This place is a dump, the food took awhile, and the service could be better. Prices are outrageous, it was $12 for a cruddy cheese quesadilla (a bunch of shredded yellow cheese slapped between 2 tortillas). For 2 people for lunch the total was $60!!! (One order of tacos, 1 order of burritos, cheese quesadilla, and rice). From now on I will go to Cabos, Los Agaves, or Del Rio for better food and a cheaper price.

Food seems to be good for any Rudy’s standard. I get the lunch buffett but that has really sky rocketed in price over the last 5 years. I believe if they lowered the price maybe I’d come back more than once every few months.

My husband ordered a half order of chips and cheese. He got one small layer chips on a small plate . About 15 chips for $8. His soda $3.19. I had one enchilada, no drink, small guacamole. $7.50. Enchilada was very small. Very disappointing. Probably won’t go there again.
