The staff is super friendly and helpful! The BBQ is (chef’s kiss) amazing. Picnic style tables adjourn the dining room so everyone can get a seat. Bring the family! Have some brisket and creamed corn. Full bar for all the fixins.

If you need gas and bbq, this is a good place to go! While I didn’t buy gas, I did buy food. Glad I did! The brisket was excellent! As was the banana pudding and the peppery bbq sauce. Didn’t have a long wait for food, and staff was helpful to a newbie. Decor was on brand for what you’d expect from a bbq place. Would eat here again.

Had to try Rudy’s with all the great reviews and it lived up to the expectations. Brisket was my favorite and that should always be perfect in Texas. It was… I got moist (lean is the other option) it was cooked to perfection. Great flavor and tender. Basically, Rudy’s did everything right. The sides were all wonderful and my daughter loved the corn on the cob. Rudy’s staff were friendly and helpful with cheerful smiles and that gregarious Texas demeanor. Love the place and you can even fuel up your vehicle after dinner! Easy location right off the main road and a must stop in Corpus Christi. Easy to load up some take home too which seemed to be the thing locals were doing which is always a good sign of a great restaurant!

I’ve been to Rudy’s before, but this location was by far the best! Great customer service. I suck at names but to the cashier who took my order you rock girl! Keep up the great work! Excellent customer service. The lady who kept the dinning area clean kudos to u as well, definitely coming back and highly recommended. Jalapeño sausage is a must try!!!

Rudy’s, you guys ROCK!!! Every single time I/we go, it’s usually phenomenal!!! Just came back from NY, small town, no Rudy’s!!! Missed this place! Good is consistent with great flavor! Really hit the spot. Friendly staff n patient. Love the super moist brisket n succulent fall off the bones ribs, yum yum give us some. Keep up the excellent work n quality customer service!!
