@10am. With 1 other couple in the restaurant we were handed menus and told to sit where we want. Then come back to the counter to order? So after ordering and getting our coffee , had to ask for, suger, creamer, spoon, and got a dirty spoon. Obviously. Only had one creamer because it kept being taken away to other tables. In closing, at the time we were in the staff were fully capable to care for the few customers that were in but chose NOT too. Lazy ? Not customer service driven for sure. So much MORE could have be done/given , and the food was average.

So glad to have Ruby’s in White Oak. Delicious food and drinks! The #1 is great along with the horchatas and strawberry lemonade. Will try other things with this location close by. Service has been great each time. Friendly and accommodating.
