This was the first time i had been to Ruby Tuesday’s in a very long time. The food had gotten so bad, i had stopped going. However, today’s experience was totally new! The salad bar was exceptional and worth the trip. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. We had the chicken tender appetizer. It was very, very good. The menu was new and everything looked delicious. I will certainly go back. The service was great. Thumbs up to the staff and management.

Our service was very good. She was busy with a large party but made sure to check on us and kept our drinks filled. The salad bar was fresh and filled and everything I ate from it was good. The restaurant had a very odd, unpleasent smell. The kitchen was moving pretty slow and my steak was over cooked. The prices had gone up since I was last there but the quality of the food stayed the same.

The food was really tasty and good quality. The waitress was a bit slow and had trouble remembering things we asked for. She didn’t anticipate our needs hardly at all such as appetizer plates, sauces, or refills etc etc..I do believe she was trying and just possibly new so we tolerated it without getting upset like we would have if she had come off as an uncaring & unmotivated waitress.

Had to ask for the salad bar to be refilled with eggs, carrots, broccoli salad and lettuce. No clean plates on the bar. And the manager standing around leaning on the case. It’s 530pm on a Saturday night. Unacceptable. Server was very nice. Steak was tough.

They were extremely busy. Took forever, it seemed, to get our order. Food was alright. Had ribs and fries. Ribs were a little dry, but edible. Fries, meh. Been a while since I ate a RT. Maybe their other selections are better. Salad bar is pretty good. My real opinion-avoid. This franchise is gonna end soon. In actuality, they ought to shut down. A lot have.

Can’t recommend. I ordered cajun shrimp (which was tough & rice had a terrible taste). My husband ordered bourbon chicken, which he said was okay, but would not order again. We both had the salad bar, which was also just okay (definitely have had better). Service was average & price was a little high for a lunch. There are definitely better restaurants to go to for the same amount of money.

The food at this restaurant is phenomenal! The staff are always very friendly and the establishment is always very clean. I wish that the prices were a little more competitive with other restaurants around Somerset, because they are a little on the high side. Overall, though, a great place to eat and my fiance loves it!!

The food was tasty and the salad bar was well stocked, our waitress was friendly and made sure that we had plenty to drink throughout the evening. We had the chocolate fall cake and it was a huge amount of cake, ice cream, and caramel. I left very full and happy.
