First time at this location. The place needs updating. Some of the seats have rips and tears. Not enough servers here either the place was at the most 25% capacity but took the only server se time to get to me. I wanted the fish and chips but were put at 3:50 PM ordered the burger at 9.99. I agree with the reviewer who commented about the salad bar. I don’t see $13.99 value for the “endless salad bar” . Ordered a seltzer with looks like old limes. This was the cheeseburger special. What do you think?

Overall the food was cooked “right” but just honestly wasn’t good, from the burger, fries, tots, chicken Alfredo… it all just tasted pre-made and wasn’t good. I know RT used to be great but the quality has went down. Service was good. Also appetizer was a rip-off, $7.99 for a very, very very small thing of loaded fries.

I ordered Wow Bao from Door Dash which is part ofRuby Tuesdays and I got disgusting overcooked buns, rice as a main entree and egg rolls that were undercooked. I am starting to feel sick on top of the awful food. WOW Bao is part of Ruby Tuesday’s. If the quality of a ghost restaurant that’s cooked at their restaurant is god awful then think closely how they handle food in general there. I tried to call Ruby Tuesday asking to confirm if the egg roll has raw chicken in it and they hung up and did not pass me to a manger. Already called once and left my information but considering I likely just ate raw chicken you’d think they would confirm if the chicken i ate in the eggroll is raw or not. Not hard for a manager to go to the walk in fridge and confirm.

The ultimate chicken sandwich was okay, but was slathered with so much sauce the buns practically melted by the second bite. Someone ordered the ribeye, cooked medium. Got a sirloin that was well done. We pointed this out to our waitress who tried to tell us it was just a weird cut. The fries were awful, and you could tell that they were old and definitely not fresh. And it was a very long wait for something that tasted like it was made in a microwave.
