Our server Lauren was awful. She had us waiting at the table for a 15 minutes and it was NOT busy. She didn’t put our orders in right. She brought out drinks but no straws. Didn’t check in with us the whole time. Another server ended up taking over and Betsy was AMAZING!!! Refills at all the right times, fixed our messed up food orders, and was so polite and friendly. Definitely would have a better rating if all the servers knew how to treat their customers.

They were very busy for a Thursday. Every employee I encountered was busy and had a smile. The hostess was wiping down tables, the bartender was also our waitress and the manager delivered our food. Truly an example of teamwork. I was impressed.

My parents have been going to Ruby Tuesday regularly and recently they have started to bring me along. They only like to go when they get Rachelle as their waitress and get to sit in her section. My mom came back from dinner one night when she wasn’t there and was disappointed because she said it just wasn’t as good of service without her. She really makes our experience there a pleasant one!

A few coworkers and I had dinner at the restaurant twice this week. We had great meals and great service. Tonight we were served by Kayla who was exceptional! She has the perfect personality for this job. She made us feel like we were family.
