The food was amazing, 1 of the best places I have ate at, never tried th before, but will be back, every single item was amazing, we got the “Triple Play” (chicken tenders, shrimp and ribs), the Chicken Alfredo, jumbo coconut shrimp and chips, and the Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, the Waiter was delightful, kept up with the drinks, they had a bar to watch sports at if you’re into that. Tons of drinks as well.

Stopped at Ruby’s on our trip back from east coast. Greeted warmly and sat at bar. Bartender was quick to address us friendly. He was very busy yet he acted like it was nothing. I noticed that all the staff were working, cleaning and/or servicing others. Food was served quickly and both our entrees were deli. I had grilled salmon with veggies and rice. My wife had shrimp with fries. We both had the salad bar. Great service from all! Congrats to the team.

Clean restaurant and fast seating! Our server Emily was phenomenal. Her service and personality put our experience above and beyond. She was so great and patient with our daughter unlike some other places in town we’ve been to. Emily made our visit worth returning along with the wonderful food. Horrible service. We were told we would have the most seasoned server for our group of 13. Every drink order was messed up, half our group did not get drinks or water after 45 minutes. Double jack, diet coke, tall glass, on the rocks came out with a short glass and bourbon. Three times! Tables sat 15 minutes after us all had drinks and food within 25 minutes. We paid our drink tabs for those that did receive the correct item and went to the Briar pub at the Quality Inn next door. So much better.

Traveling through Lewisburg West Virginia for work and stopped in the local Ruby Tuesdays. The service was fine. The prices were cheaper than I figured they would be. Under $6 for a draft beer and my total meal was only $18.50. sadly though the atmosphere was dark and everything looked like it just needed a good cleaning. Restaurants can’t help when they get a bunch of miles on them but management should take a step back and spend a little bit of your budget on giving everything a good cleaning.

The server I think her name was Sara she was absolutely amazing funny and very nice and professional if I would come back it would definitely be because of her. I mean she had our drinks just like that and filled them up whenever they were empty and didn’t make it seem like most servers do that there doing this for a job I mean this women went above and beyond. Ashlyn was AWESOME, she was attentive, friendly, professional and very sweet. My food was hot and came out quickly. The price was a little too high (not their fault, but corporates) I spoke to the manager and let her know that Ashlyn was great. I’ll ask for her the next time!
