I had not been to a Ruby’s in years, decided to stop by of course for the salad bar on my way back home. When I entered the location the host acknowledged that they only had one server as they were transitioning shifts. Starving, I’d resolved that the wait would be long…NOT at all the case! Shortly after I was seated I was greeted by Jackie who quickly took my food order and directed me to the salad bar! After indulging in the salad bar, my food arrived hot and delicious (I ordered the shrimp and fries). Jackie checked on me several times during my dinner and honestly I didn’t notice that they were short staffed! I observed the manager, host and others serve the guest with a smile. I could definitely see TEAMWORK at its best! Thank you for a lovely and nostalgic dining experience! .

Everything was absolutely delicious!! Everything was fresh & hot. Our server was sweet & friendly. The Ruby Tuesday near where we live closed so we were very excited to find this one & it was well worth it! Would 1000% come again!
